18 Passenger Minibus Rental
This is one of the smallest buses in our fleet, but it still packs plenty of comfort and convenience into a compact package. You’ll get forward-facing cloth or vinyl seats, overhead grab rails, individual reading lights, and either rear luggage space or removable seats for extra storage. There’s a PA microphone up front, roof-mounted HVAC, and optional extras like WiFi or USB ports. Groups use this minibus for everything from employee shuttles between office parks in Gunbarrel and downtown Boulder, to student transportation for school field trips, or even wedding party transfers up Flagstaff Mountain.
20 Passenger Minibus Rental
Need something slightly larger? The 20-passenger minibus gives you a bit more room without stepping up to a full-size coach. It’s popular with corporate clients running campus circulators between buildings on Pearl Street, tech companies sending teams to Denver International Airport, or sports fans heading to Folsom Field for CU Buffs games. Features include high-back seats with optional leatherette upholstery, overhead parcel racks, a powerful air conditioning system, and space at the rear for coolers or duffel bags. 25 Passenger Minibus Rental

This is the flagship of our fleet—a true highway cruiser built for long-distance comfort. With room for up to 56 passengers, it’s the go-to choice for large group travel such as university athletics, conference delegations, or multi-day tours across the Rockies. Amenities include plush reclining seats with footrests, individual reading lights, powerful climate control, and a full suite of onboard entertainment options: multiple video screens, PA system, and optional satellite TV. There are several restrooms, a galley area for refreshments, and massive underfloor storage compartments for luggage, skis, or band equipment. Recent trips have included transporting the CU Boulder marching band to away games, moving corporate teams to retreats in Estes Park, and running casino charters to Black Hawk.
